We're organization-obsessed craftswomen, and are looking for an enthusiastic alphabetizing, music-loving production assistant to join our team. Production takes place in San Francisco*, Mon- Fri 10-6PM.  This position is within a busy production studio, and requires some experience with wood working and power tools. We are a small business and growing, and from time to time we need assistance with production and packaging, as well as some administrative tasks, including: data entry, research and yes, some organizing!

The ideal candidate is very organized and efficient, and enjoys production and assembly (i.e., doesn't mind repetitive tasks) and is interested in learning about small-scale production. You will work closely with the founder, as well as the production team, and will work independently on production tasks after training. We want to work with someone who is proactive and enthusiastic, doesn't mind getting their hands dirty (with sawdust, tape, and cardboard) and is able to stay on task, and communicate clearly with other members of our team. 

Excitement and interest in the music industry, vinyl collecting and hifi is a big big bonus! If you're a voracious reader and book hoarder, thats ok too!

$15 per hr // 10-15 hours a week // 3 month minimum commitment // Flexible hours

- Woodworking: prepping large wood sheet for laser cutting, sanding wood panels in post production
- Packaging: packing sets for shipment (putting together boxes, alphabetizing products, packaging for shipment, etc
- Communicating clearly about inventory and production
- Various administrative tasks

Required Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Efficient and detail oriented
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Able to lift 30-40 lbs comfortably
- Experience using table saw, panel saw, orbital sander and other power tools

*Candidate must arrange own transportation to and from production location in SF. The production space is a short walk away from a main bus line.
