Collector Interview: Lisa Congdon & Clay Walsh

Back in September of 2014 I visited the Oakland home of Lisa Congdon & Clay Walsh to check out their small, but growing record collection. Though they’ve only been collecting vinyl for a year, both Lisa and Clay have a long history with vinyl, spanning back to childhood, listening to records with their families. Lisa and Clay shared some of their favorite nostalgic albums, and let me dig through their stack of vinyl in their sun drenched Oakland home. Soon these two will be moving to Portland, where their collection will almost certainly grow. (Portland has some excellent vinyl shops, ladies!)
