To ensure your order arrives by your desired holiday date, please keep the following dates in mind:

Sunday, December 3rd-  Last day to place an order for delivery by Hanukkah, 12/7. Orders shipping via USPS Ground Advantage and UPS Ground will ship on 12/4 with delivery on or before 12/7. Orders must be placed before 12PM on 12/4.

Thursday, December 15th- Last day to place an order for delivery by Christmas, 12/23. Orders shipping via USPS Ground Advantage and UPS Ground will ship on 12/15 with delivery on or before 12/23. Orders must be placed by 3PM. Note: All orders with international destinations should be placed by this date.

Monday December 18th- Last day to place an order for delivery by Christmas, 12/23. Final deadline for orders with West Coast destinations. Orders shipping via USPS Priority and UPS 3-Day Select will ship on 12/19 with delivery on or before 12/23. Orders must be placed by 3PM.

All orders placed after 3PM on 12/19 bound for any destination are NOT guaranteed for holiday delivery, but we will continue to ship these orders until 12/20 at 3PM. 


Wednesday, December 20th is the last day to pick up orders at our studio in San Francisco before our holiday closure. All orders must be picked up by 5PM, or they will be locked up safe in our studio until 1/16/24. 

December 21-January 16, 2024: Our shop will be closed for the holidays. All orders placed between 12/21-1/16  will be shipped starting January 16th.

SHIPPING

All in-stock items are processed for shipment within 3-5 business days of your order date. While your order may be processed faster than this, please keep this timeline in mind!

Once your order is processed and packaged for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking code and estimated delivery date. Please allow up to 24 hours for carrier tracking codes to activate after you have received the shipping confirmation.

All products ship in branded, heavy-duty cardboard boxes. All invoices and receipts are emailed, and no printed purchase or price information is included in our packages. Some international orders will include a printed commercial invoice inside the sealed shipping label pouch, depending on individual requirements in your country.

The average transit time is 3–7 business days for all domestic US shipments via USPS and UPS. Please note that UPS does not deliver to PO boxes.

We ship worldwide from San Francisco via UPS, DHL, and limited USPS service.

The average transit time for UPS and DHL is 2–5 business days and includes tracking.USPS is available in limited regions and the transit time is between 1-2 weeks.USPS does not include international tracking services to all regions.

All customers outside the US may be subject to customs duties, and other fees/taxes upon the shipment's arrival in your country. These charges must be paid by the recipient. We are unable to advise or estimate specific customs and tax regulations in each country, as customs policies are set by the destination country, not the US. All international customers must carefully monitor tracking to ensure their package is claimed and all duties paid at customs. Unclaimed packages are automatically returned or treated as abandoned in some regions. We are unable to offer any refunds on shipping or import fees.

If you live outside the US and are considering ordering multiple items, we may be able to offer a lower shipping rate by boxing multiple items in the smallest available box. Email us and let us know the details of your order and we'll send you an estimate for the lowest shipping rate available. If you’re ordering just one item, the shipping rates provided at checkout will be the cheapest available.

If you are local to the Bay Area and would like to pick up your order in person, we offer free pick-up at our studio in San Francisco. Pickup is available Monday–Friday, 11–6 PM in the Bayview neighborhood. At checkout select 'Free Local Pickup'. Once your order is ready you will receive pick-up instructions by email.

Koeppel Design is not liable for lost or stolen packages and releases responsibility upon transfer of the order to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for shipping delays due to inclement weather, or other carrier-related service delays. Please confirm your shipping address is complete prior to checkout, as this may delay your order. Koeppel Design will not be held responsible for additional shipping charges incurred if packages are returned to our store due to customer absence, errors in shipping addresses, or package refusal. If you refuse any shipments from Koeppel Design, you remain responsible for all original shipping charges, and the cost of returning the package to us. We will subtract this amount from your merchandise credit if any.

For record shops and retail spaces with a turntable, we now offer a customizable LP Block for countertop retail display! Display and protect a stack of staff favorites or new release picks with The LP Block.  Choose your own text, engraved in a minimal and classic style to keep the focus on the music.  Popular choices include: STAFF PICK, NEW THIS WEEK, NOW SPINNING, NEW RELEASE, NOW PLAYING, EXCLUSIVE or your shop name. This product is made-to-order with a 2-3 week lead time.

Our storage blocks help protect against bent or damaged LP jackets while displaying records with care. The laser-cut record divider slides in the back slot of the LP Block to support sleeves, while album jackets rest comfortably in the front slot, upright and on display. Provides ample storage space for a single record, a few gatefolds or even a box set.

This product is made-to-order for our retail clients. To customize, select panel placement on left or right and chose your engraving. If you'd like to add your logo engraved on the base, please email us a high resolution .jpg or vector image of your logo. Black and white only. Logo on base or divider is additional $5-12 on average depending on logo complexity and size. Minimum order for custom block with logo is 2 units.
