After a bit of a hiatus, we're back with our record collector series! This collection comes from Texas, and features a lot of color and a beautiful garden. Sarah Storm  shares, "I love art and interior design and I just love how my new stand turns my favorite records into a form of art!

Read on and take a peek into Sarah's collection!

Sarah writes, "I live in a teeny tiny unincorporated town outside of Austin, Texas. I love reading, interior design and spending time in the garden. I post photos of my weekend adventures and garden on my instagram. I am a recent collector and bought the Now Spinning LP block for a stylish way to show off my newest collection obsession. I love art and interior design and I just love how my new stand turns my favorite records into a form of art!"

How does your record collection make you feel?
My record collection makes me feel very happy. We lost our beloved dog Louie at the beginning of the year (2020) so record collecting has been something that has been almost therapeutic and healing for me. I love to put on a record and lose myself to the music. Music is a way for people to connect and a way to experience life.

Last record you purchased:
Teddy Wilson and His All Star Jazz Sextette.

What is your beverage of choice when listening to records?
You can't go wrong with an Aperol Spritz!

How do you organize your collection?
Since my collection is small right now I love to organize by color! There is something about a rainbow collection of records that I just love! As I expand I plan to break it up by genre.

What album/artist are you listening to right now?
I am loving Sammy Kaye and his Orchestra! Something about jazz music on these rainy Texas days we've been having is so soothing to me!
