We offer gift-ready packages without any printed receipts or pricing information inside. During the holiday period of November 1 - January 15 our return/exchange period is extended from 14 days to 30 days from date of delivery.
Free local pick up is available in San Francisco Mon-Fri 10-6PM daily until December 20th. Most orders are ready for pick up within 48 hours, but please wait til you have received your pick up confirmation by email.
SHIPPING DEADLINES:
Our ground shipping deadline has passed! But if you’re still hoping to order: West coast destinations: You do not need to select expedited shipping between now and Monday! All destinations other than the west coast must select expedited shipping between now and Monday.
Monday December 18th- Last day to place an expedited shipping order for Christmas, with delivery by 12/23. Final deadline for orders with West Coast destinations. Orders shipping via USPS Priority and UPS 3-Day Select will ship on 12/19 with delivery on or before 12/23. Orders must be placed by 12PM. If your package does not have a west coast destination, you must select an expedited shipping option if you want it to arrive before 12/23!
All orders placed after 12PM on 12/19 bound for any destination are NOT guaranteed for holiday delivery.
LOCAL PICK UP: Tuesday, December 19th is the last day to pick up orders at our studio in San Francisco before our holiday closure. All orders must be picked up by 5PM, or they will be locked up safe in our studio until 1/16/24.
HOLIDAY BREAK:
December 20-January 16, 2024: Our shop will be closed for the holidays. All orders placed between 12/19-1/16 will be shipped starting January 16th.
